How to detect NTC thermistor in induction cooker

The NTC thermistor mainly plays an role in controlling temperature in the induction cooker. When the temperature reaches a certain value, the heating device is automatically disconnected. So how to detect the NTC thermistor on the induction cooker?

Take out the sensor at first, and then use a multimeter on opposite sides of the sensor measurement to sensor heat resistance changes at the same time, with the rising of temperature resistance decline is the negative temperature coefficient thermistor.
